Mindfulness

 Mindfulness is  the focus of attention in the present moment, it is a method to achie ful attention, focusing on what is happening "here and  now", accepting it without further ado, without trying to change, or judge anything. Its meaning is full consciousness. Concentrate on  what is happening in us and around us and know how to renounce noise and distractions. Inorder to achieve mindfulness,  you will have to learn from the beginning and  train hard for it.  There are different techniques that can help us achieve this: doing yoga, practicing meditation, conscious breathing, body scanning ... therefore, meditation is one more vehicle, of all we have to achieve mindfulness, so, As  we said at the beginning of this article, theyare not the same, mindfulness  is a state and / or trait that is achieved through the practice of meditation, regardless of whether the person is religious or not.
